Mogwera Mogalakwe is a medical doctor cum businessman. A graduate of Nottingham University in England, Dr Mogalakwe spent a decade in a DeBeers mine as a General Medical Doctor and then being promoted to be the Occupational Medical Practitioner for the mine, after obtaining post graduate diploma (with distinction) in occupational medicine and health with the University of Pretoria in South Africa. During his time with the mine, Dr Mogalakwe received a good grounding in management and leadership.

Mogwera founded Storkfort Health in 2013, with a vision to grow an international brand in health. Naturally, he focused initially in occupational health as that was his strength. In the last 7 years, Mogwera has built a reputable health company in Botswana, focusing on building a solid base, good corporate culture and a panache for customer centric and quality work.
