In 2020, Katlego began working for Storkfort Health as a Customer Service Officer before becoming the Clinic Manager, a job she still maintains today. She has been successful in changing the clinic database, employee development, and process flow.

The management of the clinic building, clinic staff, clients, equipment and machinery, as well as the oversight of the quality of service, are all part of Ms. Molefe's responsibilities.

Katlego is a young leader with 6+ years of experience in fields with high levels of activity. She made sure that prestigious clients received their shipments on schedule while working for a Logistics and Courier Services company. Also, Katlego  worked as an Executive Assistant for a Non-Banking Financial company, gaining managerial and leadership skills in the process.

She is currently  pursuing a professional development course and has a Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management from Botho University.
